EmpowerHer" is a comprehensive women empowerment initiative designed to uplift and empower women survivors of abuse, neglect, and trauma. This project aims to provide holistic training in diverse business skills while offering employment opportunities in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.

EmpowerHer seeks to empower young women from severely disadvantaged backgrounds, especially those who have experienced significant trauma because of exploitation, abuse and trafficking. Trafficking for sexual exploitation not only results in a severe violation of human rights but also causes adverse physical, psychological and moral consequences for the victims. At TFPIndia, these young women are restored and equipped with a range of skills, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities that will enable them to create a better future for themselves and their families.

EmpowerHer is an initiative that provides a range of life and employment / entrepreneurial skillsets, counselling, mentoring, and on the job training that will equip and enable these women to finally break this cycle and live a life free from exploitation. This initiative will not only provide the opportunity towards financial stability but will enable these women to live a life of their choosing with confidence, dignity, and respect.
